  2. List of drawings
  3. MEP Space planning in co-ordination with Architecture & Structural Consultants
  4. Conceptual MEP Schematic drawings (SLDs)

  1. Detailing of approved MEP spaces and services
  2. Detailed Schematics

  1. Preparation of tender drawings
  2. Quantity surveying from the drawings, preparation of estimated BOQ and tender specifications (If required by the client)

  1. GFC (Good for construction) drawings
  2. GFC (Good for construction) documentation

  1. Approval of Shop drawings from contractor
  2. Approval of MEP Technical submittals from contractor
  3. Periodic Site visits to resolve MEP related queries (if required)

  1. Approval on As built drawings (prepared by contractor)
